a) agree a comprehensive specification for the appointment based on in-depth discussions with clients to ascertain their precise requirements;
b) advertise the appointment after careful research of the appropriate media, using the professionally prepared press copy;
c) administer, control and screen the applications received against the agreed specification and conduct preliminary personal and technical interviews as appropriate with the minimum possible time, thereby retaining applicant's interest in the appointment.
d) advice and assist the client throughout the progress of the assignment including arranging shortlist and final interviews and on offer letters.
